- Share the laughter! Look for a nice Joke book and read one per day that you can tell others about. Make sure your type of humor does not offend anyone.
- Make it a point to watch comedies and funny light-hearted shows. Be sure you don't laugh 'at' people but 'with' them.
- Record baby giggles, gurgles and play them back while you are driving-they're contagious!
- Make a funny story with your friends. Start with one sentence and in a circle, let the others continue one by one. Make the plot really outrageous!
- Learn how to make yourself laugh by mastering a funny face in the mirror. When I look this good, watch out!
